Lampward hosts other people’s work. This page records what it runs on and what it is permitted to serve. Each game also carries its own Credits & License section covering the exact release being played — this page does not replace it.

The Lampward application is not currently published under an open-source license.

Runtime

Games run in your browser on Parchment 2026.8.23, the interactive fiction web player by Dannii Willis, made with the support of a grant from the Interactive Fiction Technology Foundation. Parchment is MIT licensed.

The build Lampward ships carries two interpreters, both MIT licensed: Bocfel for Z-code and Glulxe for Glulx. It also incorporates AsyncGlk, Emglken, RemGlk-rs, jQuery (all MIT), and the Iosevka typeface (SIL Open Font License).
