About
Fate is a game about bargaining, and about what a person will give up when the thing they want is close enough to touch. It is built around conversation rather than puzzles: you talk, you choose, and the story bends to what you chose.
It won Spring Thing 2007 and was nominated for three XYZZY awards. Victor Gijsbers released the Inform 7 source under the GPL and invited other people to change it, which is why Lampward can host it at all.
