Lampward vendors the browser-ready Quixe/GlkOte assets from:

This is the same Quixe revision pinned by Lampward's Parchment source revision.
Lampward uses Quixe for Glulx releases because its JavaScript VM exposes a
complete VM + Glk checkpoint state without invoking a game's parser-level SAVE
command.
